Contracts

In order to use the Routty platform, a tenant needs to have a contract with an implementation partner. This contract can be either in the form of a subscription or a bucket:

• Subscription: a 1-year, 2-year or 3-year subscription for a pre-defined volume of processed documents. per year. At the end of each subscription year, the balance is made between the actual number of documents processed and the yearly subscription volume according to your agreement with the implementation partner. The counter of the number of processed documents is reset at the anniversary date of the subscription agreement.

• A bucket: valid for 2 years for a pre-defined volume of processed documents.

No distinction is made between documents for inbound and outbound flows, as far as metering is concerned. Also test and production documents are all added to the same counter.

A document is considered processed as soon as it enters the Routty data pipeline. Hence, documents that end up in an error state will be metered and documents that are re-processed are metered multiple times.

The document counters are updated nightly and will not increment instantaneously for each processed document. Your implementation partner is also able to consult the number of processed documents for your tenant.
