Major features
New licensing and usage foundation
RC-26.3 introduces the foundation for more transparent, usage-based licensing in Routty Cloud. The new licensing services record usage centrally and distinguish between compliance and other billable processing. This gives customers and partners a clearer basis for understanding consumption and prepares the platform for richer contract and usage insights.
Customizable tables
Users can now choose which columns are shown in data tables, such as the documents overview. This makes it easier to tailor document overviews to different operational roles and focus on the information that matters for a specific process.
More flexible routing conditions
Routes now support an IN / NOT IN condition. A route can check whether a value appears in a predefined list, reducing the need for multiple separate conditions and making complex routing rules easier to maintain.
Legacy routes have been removed in 26.3. The graph-based routing model is now called Routes.
Expanded Connector API capabilities
The Connector API has been extended in several areas:
-
Integrations can query whether a company is registered on Peppol and which document types it can receive, helping prevent avoidable delivery failures.
-
Documents can be submitted for reprocessing through the API.
-
Additional safeguards rate limiting and operational monitoring.
Minor features
-
Next execution time per reporting schedule: Reporting schedules now show their individual next execution times, making it easier to check when each report will run.
-
Report audit history: Audit logs for reports are now available in the portal, improving traceability.
-
Read-only channel visibility for partners: Implementation partners can inspect channel configuration and lifecycle support without requiring administrator access.
-
License auditability: License changes and supported compliance countries are available through dedicated services.
-
Connector billing type: Each connector now also has a billing type defined, chosen between Free, Premium and Compliance. This is used in combination with the licensing module to keep track of billable usage.
-
Tenant disable propagation: Disabling a tenant now also disables its connector configurations, reducing the risk of unintended processing.
UI/UX improvements
-
Users can configure the columns displayed in document tables.
-
Tenant administration screens keep the active tenant visible while navigating between settings tabs.
-
Dashboard channel filters now behave consistently across views.
-
Additional tooltips explain lifecycle and master-data configuration choices.
Bug fixes
-
Corrected dashboard date calculations for the "last month" and the "this month" view.
-
Fixed dashboard tile navigation where filters were missing or incomplete.
-
Resolved dashboard session errors after leaving the application open for an extended period.
-
Fixed document reprocessing cases where documents incorrectly appeared to be already processing.
-
Fixed attachment-extraction interruptions caused by cancelled database operations.
-
Corrected archive messaging shown for lifecycle-error documents that were not configured for archiving.
-
Fixed dark-mode presentation issues in master-data synchronization.
Technical improvements
-
Reduced unnecessary database reads and response payloads during document processing.
-
Updated runtime and base-image dependencies to address security and support-lifecycle findings.
-
Simplified pipeline maintenance and improved automated security scanning.
-
Prepared internal connectors for event-driven processing, reducing frequent polling and improving scalability.
