Major features
Lifecycle support
This release introduces support for lifecycle documents and events, enabling documents to be linked and processed as part of a sequence rather than as standalone items.
Lifecycles are now required for compliance with the French mandate, and this feature ensures Routty fully supports these regulatory requirements.
Documents such as invoices, credit notes, and follow-up lifecycle events can now be connected and tracked together, providing better visibility into the full document journey and improving traceability across related transactions.
This lays the foundation for more advanced lifecycle-driven processing and compliance scenarios.

Dashboarding rework
The dashboarding has been significantly extended and enriched to provide more insights for both tenants and implementation insights.
Improvements focus on better structuring of data and a more intuitive user experience, allowing users to more easily gain insights into document processing, system status, and key operational metrics.
Minor features

French language: Added French as a new user language in preparation of the French mandate.

KSeF Online PDF generation: For both inbound and outbound documents Routty is now able to fully generate the required online PDF of the documents, including the QR code.

Require masterdata option on connector configuration: A new control was added to connector configurations, making it possible to require imported masterdata for a specific API Key or connector configuration.

Certificates for connector configuration: We now support uploading certificates for connector configurations.

Determination searches more fields: Instead of stopping at the first match of a given XPath, each entry is now considered when trying to determine the company or the business partner.

Related documents: Documents that refer to another document, are now linked together, such as Credit Note - Invoice and Lifecycle - Invoice.

SBD wrapped document support peppol: To allow for more control the Peppol connector now supports sending a document inside a StandardBusinessDocument, allowing for more formats, such as XRechnung.
UI/UX improvements

Twilight and dark theme: New UI themes added for users to toggle between. Easier for the eyes.

Warnings for cancel and reprocess: When cancelling or reprocessing documents a warning modal is now shown to prevent accidental actions.

Refresh button audits: Audit logs now have a refresh button to make it easier to watch a document while processing.

Collapse mode: New UI mode where the user can collapse the navigation tab to get more screen real-estate to work with.

Copy button: On document details all important fields now have a “copy” button available.

IsTest as default: When creating configurations the IsTest field is now consistently set to TST environment by default.

Masterdata download from overview: Added download button on the masterdata overview

Flag/Unflag on overview: The document overview now also allows for flagging/unflagging

Copying mapping configuration: Added possibility to clone a mapping configuration

Audit logs for Extended Routes: The UI now shows the audit logs for creating and editing extended routes.

Clear distinction route nodes: The extended routes now have a more obvious difference in how they look between the different node types, making them easier to understand.

UI Modal rework: Aligned the look and feel for all modals used in the UI to the same styling.

Peppol confirmation modal: During peppol registrations a browser refresh is now prompted with a confirmation modal, ensuring progress is not lost.

Add version mapping: Add version button on a mapping is moved to the top, to prevent unnecessary scrolling.
