RC-25.4
Release date: 25/02/2026
Major features
Independent control of Customer & Supplier Master Data generation
This release introduces a major improvement to master data handling.
Tenants can now independently control whether imported master data is used for:
Customer master data
Supplier master data
This can also be configured per environment (Test / Production).
This means tenants can now decide per business partner type and environment whether imported master data should be applied during processing. This allows much more flexibility for phased rollouts, migrations, onboarding strategies, and customer-specific setups.
Unified Master Data Import & Import Monitoring
Unified Import Logic (API & CSV)
The master data import process now uses one unified processing logic for both:
API-based imports
CSV file uploads
While input formats remain unchanged, both methods now follow the same internal validation and processing flow.
Master Data Import Overview Tab
A new tab has been added on the Tenant level to provide full visibility into all master data import attempts.
This overview shows:
All import attempts
Their current processing status
Clear insight into successes and failures
Peppol Registration Status Badges & Deregistration
Registration Status Badges
Companies now clearly display their current Peppol registration status directly in the platform through visual badges. These badges provide immediate insight into:
Whether a company is registered and where (Routty or External)
The current state of identifiers
This makes it much easier to monitor Peppol compliance and avoid uncertainty about registration state.
Self-Service Deregistration via the Portal
Users can now do Peppol deregistrations directly from the portal.
PDF/A support & Improved PDF generation
We introduced major improvements to PDF processing, including:
Support for generating PDF/A compliant documents
Improved reliability of PDF handling and conversions Aspose as our PDF engine.
This feature is opt-in for existing tenants to ensure backward compatibility with existing PDF templates.
Additionally all generated PDFs are now signed with a certificate with timestamp, providing more authenticity to the generated PDFs and ensuring they are not tampered with.
Export capabilities
From the documents overview and error handling screens you will now be able to export document metadata to XLSX or JSON. Making error follow up easier to manage and allowing for uploads into external analytics tools to gain more insights on the document processing.
