Users
This page is only accessible for admin users
The user management page provides all the tools needed to efficiently manage and oversee users within the system. It allows implementation partners and elevated tenant users to view key user information and control permissions.
Overview
The overview section displays all users who have logged into the platform. Each user entry includes:
Name: The full name of the user.
Email Address: The email address associated with the user.
Role: The user’s role within the system.
Users are automatically added to this list whenever they log in for the first time.
Actions
You can find the users and role page under platform → Users
Edit Role: Adjust a user's role by selecting the dropdown in the actions menu on the right side of the overview.
Delete User: Remove a user who no longer requires access to the system. Access is managed via Active Directory; deleting a user from the system will prevent access, but if the user remains in Active Directory, they can log in again and be recreated.
Search / Filter: Use search and filtering tools to quickly locate specific users by applying filters such as name or email.
Roles
Admin:
manage Features,
manage Access Rights
everything a regular tenant can do
Tenant:
Manage companies and business partners
View, reprocess and cancel documents
Assign document errors to their implementation partner
Search the archive
Read Only Tenant:
Can view everything a tenant can see
Cannot perform any action
It is recommended to assign users the minimum level of privileges necessary to perform their jobs effectively.
